Poetic Moments Above the Clouds: A CBD Lifestyle Portrait of Two Generations

Azure Heights  consists of two closely connected yet independent spaces at Shenzhen's Helios Mansion, designed by BDSD Boundless Design for Ms. Amy and her son's family, vividly embodying the modern family concept of "intimate yet separate."

The 01 unit, home to Amy's son and his family, features a modish urban style infused with Versace's luxurious aesthetics. A black-and-gold color palette, opulent materials, and intricate Baroque patterns create a grand, elegant atmosphere with dramatic visual appeal. The LDK open layout, paired with full-height floor-to-ceiling windows, brings urban landscapes indoors. The core living area is defined by a set of Versace sofa and a handcrafted Baroque-patterned carpet, where varying shades of gold create three-dimensional light effects. The open kitchen, clad in sleek black wood veneer, exudes understated luxury, while the piano area—with its curved ceiling and Versace's beige tiles adorned with delicate embossed patterns—resembles a frozen nocturne. The master bedroom, a serene cloud-like sanctuary, uses pure colors to foster relaxation.

The 02 unit, serving as Amy's space, exudes restrained luxury and modern elegance. Step inside, and a minimalist aesthetic runs through the entire space, with precise black lines clearly outlining the spatial contours. The open study, paired with the highly artistic Cornelio Cappellini desk, basks in abundant natural light together with the living and dining areas. Bentley furniture and Baxter round tables interpret understated luxury through delicate materials and colors. The semi-open cloakroom adopts black thin-frame glass doors to enhance a sense of transparency, and the mirrored cabinet doors extend the view outside the window. The Fendi high-back bed in the master bedroom offers a secure and enveloping feel. The bathroom design is particularly bold; the use of animal-patterned tiles combines wild vitality with delicate texture, and the freestanding bathtub by the window allows one to enjoy the magnificent view of the city's day and night changes while bathing.

In these two residences "floating" atop the city, BDSD Boundless Design masterfully weaves multidimensional dialogues: classical Baroque lines meet sleek black wood veneers, cold metal contrasts with warm leather, wildness coexists with elegance, extravagance balances restraint, and tradition merges with modernity. This mirrors the ideal lifestyle pursued by contemporary urbanites—able to dive into the bustling city yet retreat to inner peace at any moment.
